We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the modern facilities were a plus. The location was perfect for us, as it was very near to Ueno park and just a short walk away from the subway. Being situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood was also a great bonus. Plus, there were convenience stores and some cheap restaurants nearby, so we had no trouble finding food.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The room is spacious, clean and quiet, with all required amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service. Complimentary coffee, bananas, and breakfast pastries are offered in the morning. The hotel's owner speaks English fluently, making communication easy for foreign guests.
